At Jicky Drops, all products are sold as part of a randomized and collectible experience. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.


Mystery Products

All mystery packs and random pull items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Each purchase is part of a randomized experience, and we do not guarantee specific items unless explicitly stated.


Pick Your Item Orders

All “Pick Your Item” purchases are also final sale. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged, or

  • you receive the wrong item

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

We will review the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • dissatisfaction with random outcomes

  • duplicate items

  • incorrect expectations of product contents


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
