• What is gachapon?

  Gachapon (or gacha) are Japanese capsule toy collectibles traditionally dispense through vending-style machines. Each pull is randomized, making the experience part collectible hunt and part surprise. All of our products are authentic Japanese gachapon imports and curated capsule releases.

• Are your collectibles officially licensed?

  Yes. We focus on authentic licensed collectibles imported from Japan and official partner releases.

• Do mystery packs contain filler items?

  No filler items. Our packs are curated using real licensed collectibles and imported capsule toys

• Can I choose my character/item?

  Collector's Vault items allow you to choose your exact collectible. Collection Pulls and Mystery Packs are randomized.

• Where do orders ship from?

  All orders ship from the US.

• How long does shipping take?

  Most orders ship within 5-7 business days.

• Do you have physical locations?

  Yes. We operate gachapon and arcade locations across Utah in addition to our online store. Follow us at @jickyarcadeservices on Instagram for information about new drops, physical rotations, location additions, and more.

• Will you restock sold-out items?

  Some collections may return, but many drops are limited and may not be restocked once sold out.

• Are the items in Mystery Packs, Collection Pulls, and Collector's Vault the same?

  Not always. Each category has its own curated inventory pool, and avilable collectibles can change over time as new drops arrive and older items rotate out. Some collectibles may appear across multiple categories, but overlap is not guaranteed.

• What is a Collection Pull?

  Collection Pulls are randomized pulls from a specific themed collection. You will receive one random item from the collection shown on the product page.
